Choice of Ground Beef | Shredded Chicken | Barbacoa Beef  with your choice of either fresh, soft flour tortillas or crispy taco shells, and top your creation with crisp lettuce, Accompanied by soft flour tortillas, refried beans & rice. 

All fajitas are served with grilled onions, peppers, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce and cheese. Accompanied by soft flour tortillas, refried beans & rice. 

Fresh Salad greens with sliced, grilled chicken paired with roasted corn & black beans, Monterey jack cheese, crowned with fresh sliced mango, strawberries, and avocados. Served with a side of honey mustard and mango vinaigrette dressings. Sprinkled with just a touch of chile. 

Choice of ground beef or shredded chicken piled our thin, crisp chips with espinaca dip, refried beans, choice of meat, shred- ded lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream and spice it up with jalapeño slices 

Mixed greens served with apple slices, strawberries, almonds,- fresh Mexican cheese, tomatoes and grilled chicken. Served with your choice of dressing. -Jalapeño ranch, Mango vinaigrette, Honey mustard or Ranch dressing 

Choice of: cream cheese | espinaca grilled chicken | las perlas | fajita con queso | ranchera enchiladas with either steak or grilled chicken.
